A group of business property owners have gathered to investigate the feasibility of establishing a business improvement district in Upper Merion. This effort is to enhance the business environment and ensure that the business areas of the Township remain desirable. Upper Merion Township has contracted with Urban Engineers, Cope Linder Architects, and Mr. Paul Levy, President & CEO of the Center City District in Philadelphia to work with the property owners as they consider the possibilities.
