2008 Goals and Objectives

1. Utilize methods available to educate the public regarding citizen boards in order to increase greater citizen recruitment
2. Initiate a feasibility study to identify and analyze all possible sites in the Township for a small cultural arts facility
3. Conduct preservation of the Moore-Irwin House, or portion thereof
4. Develop a long term plan for utilization/disposition of the Hampton House to include cost estimates

1. Conduct an evaluation of Sewer Use Ordinance to improve
   a.  Billing Structures (Commercial)
   b.  Processing & Data Collection
2. Develop a customized residents list based on postal routes
3. Determine and implement plan for future space needs at Township Building (2007 Goals carryover)
4. Develop a Municipal University
5. Review all available residents' access to Township information
   a.  Enhance the working relationship with the printed press (newspapers)
   b.  Increase newspaper circulation to a larger area in the Township
6. Develop a comprehensive plan on how to use the results of the citizens survey (on a semi-annual basis)
