GROUP EXCERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and
decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that
by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn
more calories when you work out and at rest. You will use body bars, dumbbells,
and resistance bands.
The entire core of our body is the foundation for everything we
do in life. This class, not only will you get a great 6-pack, but you will set
up your body for overall health and injury prevention for the long run. Each
class focuses on the upper and lower abs, obliques, back muscles, muscular
slings used in functional movement, as well as the hips and glutes to develop
better balance. Now that's a healthy core!
Total Body Conditioning
This class incorporates
strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and
bands, for a total body workout.
30-minute workouts using the method of high reps, low weights.
Stretches your body and your mind to new limits as you hold
poses a bit longer and focus on deepening the breath and stretching the
muscles. It is mainly ground work, however, some standing poses are
incorporated to strengthen and lengthen the muscles before stretching in order
to relieve the muscles of built up tension.
