Hours: Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Please Note: There is no longer any Service/Convenience Fee assessed for credit card transactions.

UMPR Community Center Passholder Refund

-No refunds will be given for Annual and 3-month Community Center memberships.

-Passholders who have a monthly membership payment will need to request a refund 30 days prior to their next payment draft.

-Passholders who cancel their membership and who have received a discount as a result of their membership will be assessed the difference in program fees, and that difference will be charged and reflected in the refunded amount.

UMPR Classes, Lessons and Programs Refund

-Refunds must be made prior to the start of the second class. There are no make-ups, pro-rating or refunds for missed classes

-One or two-day events: One-week notice of cancellation is required for full refund

-Camps (ADC, ADC2, Camp Beechtree, and Consortium for the Arts): NO Refunds will be given after the Start of Camp

-Camp trip cancellations: No refund will be given.

-Excursions or Outings: Refunds must be requested 7 days in advance of trip date.

-Discount Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

-Purchases of one-day guest passes are non-refundable

Outer Limits purpose is to provide a challenging, adventure-oriented recreational experience that will assist participants in developing physically, emotionally and socially.  Activities will promote athletic and creative skill-development, ego-enhancement, improve self-confidence and increase self-reliance.

Activities are directed by staff and volunteers who are interested in working with special needs individuals.
