The purpose of the Human Relations Commission is to ensure that all persons, regardless of a person’s sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, enjoy the full benefits of citizenship and are afforded equal opportunities for employment, housing, commercial property, and the use of public accommodations.


The Commission shall consist of five members who shall serve overlapping terms of five years each.
