700 Croton Rod; 4.2 Acres; Zoned R-1 Residential; Renovation of existing office building to animal hospital. Approved by Board of Supervisors.

Seasons 52 Restaurant
King of Prussia Mall Outparcel; Zoned SC Shopping Center; Demolish existing building and construct new restaurant. Approved by Board of Supervisors.

Insite Development Services, LLC
729 & 731 West Dekalb Pike and 113 Crockett Road: The project proposes to demolish the existing 2 story house and 2 commercial buildings. One Helzberg Diamonds building will be constructed along with parking facilities, storm water management, landscaping and lighting to support the development. Approved by Board of Supervisors 5/21/09.
