"The Doodle Bug" Art Contest

Enter our annual art contest. When you register for the Summer Reading Program, you will receive a blank cutout of a "bug". It's up to you to decorate it! Color it, paint it, you can even glue stuff to it. Just use your imagination! When you've finished your work of art, return your "Doodle Bug" to the library for judging. All creations will be placed on display in the Children's department. Come in and check them out!

Contest rules:

All entries must be returned to the children's department of the library by Wednesday, August 6, 2008.
Winners will be chosen from three age groups: K & 1st; 2nd through 4th; and 5th through 8th grades.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and honorable mention for each group.
Winners will be notified by phone.
