Children's Department Events In addition to our ongoing programs
throughout the year, the Children's Department of the Upper Merion Township
Library hosts a number of free events for their patrons and their families.
These entertaining and educational programs are designed to appeal to
different age groups and encourage a love of books and reading. They are
also lots of fun! The children's department also sponsors several contests
for kids to exercise their creativity and win prizes! Upcoming Events Never Grow-Up in Neverland Join us for a night in Never, Neverland with the mischievous Peter Pan, the beautiful Tinkerbell, and the horrible Captain Hook. This prgram is for children in grades 1 - 4. Little Theater Diwali Story Time Chldren in K - 4th grade are invited to learn about Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights. There will be storytelling, crafts, festive dancing, and traditional snacks. Freedom Hall On the Case! Children in grades 1 - 4 come to the library for a night of clues and mystery. Help Nate the Great, Harriet the Spy, Nancy Drew, and Sherlock Holmes search for clues and solve the case. Wednesday, November 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the Little Theatre. Little Theater Jr. Friends Meeting Join our middle schoool volunteer group (grades 5 - 8) for the next meeting of the school year on Monday, October 17th at 7:00 p.m. in the Little Theater.
