The Children's Department offers a wide variety of programs to children and their families that will foster their interest in and love for reading and offer older kids ways to get involved in the library.

All programs are free and most require pre-registration.

Programs include:

Story Times for preschoolers, toddlers, and infants

The Junior Friends of the Library volunteer group for students in grades 5 - 8

Reading Buddies older children are paired with younger children to help the practice their reading skills

Dedicate a Book for a birthday or other special occasion
