Zoning Hearing Board
Actions and Application Forms

All requests for variances or special exceptions from the terms of the Upper Merion Zoning Code, or appeals to the decisions of the Township's Building Official, must be made in writing to the Zoning Hearing Board. Please refer to the instructions below for the proper procedures and required documents to support the application.

As a service to our local community, all building, inspection and other permit applications required by the township's building and construction codes, including application forms to the Zoning Hearing Board as listed below, are available in Adobe's ".PDF" file format.

The forms listed below may be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please print the form to your local printer and then complete all required sections as instructed. Present the completed form, with all additional required documents and plans, and submit them to the Safety & Codes Chief Building / Zoning Officer at the Township Building with the proper fees.
