Township Adopts State Construction Codes

Effective July 1, 2004, Upper Merion Township will adhere to the Pennsylvania Uniform Constrution Code - WITH AMENDMENTS.

You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader software, version 4 or above, in order to read the Township's implimenting Ordinances and amendments below.
