The highway construction project that will create new ramps onto Interstate 76 at Henderson and South Gulph Roads is due to begin on November 9th. The plans call for at least one lane in each direction to be open to through traffic. That extends to both roads and also to the Schuylkill Expressway. Utility companies will soon begin to move their lines and this, as well as the delivery of materials, could close some through traffic lanes briefly.
