We have partnered with Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to conduct a survey of Upper Merion Township residents to help us better understand their experiences with township facilities and services. Residents will be randomly selected to participate in the survey. If your household is selected to participate, you will receive a yellow postcard from Franklin & Marshall College in early July asking for your participation. In addition, selected residents may receive a call from 717-358-4632 requesting their participation. The survey can be completed online or by phone. It will take about 10 minutes to complete and all responses will confidential and used only for research purposes.
Your cooperation is strictly voluntary, but your participation is important and will be greatly appreciated.
Franklin & Marshall College’s Center for Opinion Research is widely recognized as one of the nation’s foremost survey research organizations. Their expertise covers a wide range of areas, including public policy, healthcare, education, and politics. The Center for Opinion Research uses The United States Postal Delivery Service’s Delivery Sequence File to randomly select household’s within a targeted geographic area, and then matches them with information in consumer databases to attempt to find a phone number associated with each address. The Center for Opinion Research does not have any other information about your household other than your address and possibly your phone number. This information will not be shared or sold to ANY other organizations. More information about The Center for Opinion Research can be found here: fandm.edu/opinionresearch
If you were not randomly selected to participate in the phone survey, you can still provide feedback by completing the online version. The survey will conclude when all phone responses are collected.
