Upper Merion Township’s Community Fair and Fall Festival is free to the public, kid, and pet friendly, and happening on October 7, 2023 in Heuser Park starting at 12:00PM – Rain or Shine. The event will feature a large variety of food vendors, crafters, community organizations, and kid-friendly activities such as hayrides, a pumpkin patch, inflatables, face painting and more!

Where is the Community Fair and Fall Festival?
Upper Merion Township’s Community Fair is located in Heuser Park; 694 W Beidler Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406. (google maps) (VIEW FESTIVAL LAYOUT MAP)
Where should I Park?
There will be limited parking at Heuser Park. Additional Parking is located at the Phucas Center; 4000 Geerdes Blvd, King of Prussia, PA 19406. (google maps)
Reserved parking for staff and Handicap accessible parking will be located in Heuser Park. (See Parking Map).
Is there cost for Admission?
No. The Festival is free admission. It is pay as you go per vendor, food and beer.
Additionally, some scheduled activities are ticketed. Tickets can be purchased at the P&R Info/Ticket Booth. Tickets are CASH ONLY. (See Schedule of Activities)
Can I Bring my Dog?
YES! In fact, we insist!
Please be sure your dog is leashed at all times. Any signs of aggression could result in being asked to leave the Festival.
We will have a doggy play area consisting of kiddy pools for your pup(s) to enjoy!
Where will the Restrooms be located?
There will be bathrooms located in the clubhouse as well as 2 portable bathrooms near the food court area and 2 portable bathrooms located near field 2, near the parking lot.
Where will the Beer Garden Be?
The Beer Garden provided by Conshohocken Brewing Co. will be located at the top of field 1.
Can I walk around the entire Festival with my beer?
Beer is permitted throughout the festival, but may not go outside the designated perimeter – made up of stanchions and yard signs. (VIEW FESTIVAL LAYOUT MAP).
Must be 21 or older with a valid ID to purchase and consume.
Will there be places to sit and eat?
Yes. There will be tables and chairs available under tents for you to enjoy your food/beverages. Tented seating is located next to the Beer Garden as well as in front of the food court area.
Will there be music/entertainment?
Yes! We will have live performances on Stage 1 and Stage 2. We have plenty of fun entertainment for kids and adults alike Including; inflatables, hayrides, a beer garden and much more! (See Schedule of Activities).
