The planning division oversees the drafting, revisions, and/or enactment of ordinances dealing with noise, signs, lighting, and specialized zoning overlaps for adult housing.
The department’s Highway Division oversees fall leaf collection and yard waste pickup, which are processed at the township’s Compost Site. Guidelines and pickup dates are available on the website.
Residential trash collection is not provided by the Public Works Department. Homeowners and property owners should arrange for private trash collection.
